Got to love fixing stuff to make em work. Be it computers, TVs, cars, rice cookers, blenders… The one thing lacking now is the ability to fix relationships with the same degree of professionalism. Probably cause relationships are never objective at all.
If anyone’s come across a workaround solution to fix said relationships, please leave me a note.

I got hitched. To my beloved wife, Vivien, who is still in Hong Kong at this moment. Happened over Chinese New Year, which is kinda sucky as seeing that will no longer be receiving red packets from here on end. In addition to that, it’s supposed to be tradition to give DOUBLE on the first year. Then again, I’m more of a white guy than a China-man, so I follow the more favorable terms set by credit cards… first year annual fee waiver.
And those repetitive questions… Gotta love em. "How did you meet her?" "Are you moving over?". Fine, those are relatively straightforward. It’s the more abstract ones like "Sooooo, how’s married life?". Like I’d be all Zen-like about marriage life in 4 days. But, I resolve to not be bitter, and have responded in 6 words…
"Less thinking, more time, no straying".
Guys, our time is up. Run for the hills!

To those who are about to read my posts… There’s nothing feel-good, or anything close to a Hallmark sentiment that’s contained within what I have to say. Finding it hard to talk with anyone about what goes on in my head, and it’s probably a waste of time, as others would put it. Anyhow, please feel free to while away your hours at work, getting paid to read other people’s lives while on duty. I do it.
